Yes, we offer the option of bicycle delivery. However, please note that we may not always have sufficient staff on hand to carry out deliveries. We recommend calling in advance to check if delivery is possible. We charge €1 per kilometer traveled for delivery, including both the outbound and return trips, as well as drop-off and pick-up. Alternatively, we have a spacious free parking area available at our Brixlegg location, where you can start your tours

"We understand that breakdowns are unpredictable, but we have taken precautions: All our bikes are equipped with puncture sealant in the tires, and our carbon brakes can last over 3000km with proper use. Should you still experience a breakdown, we will try to pick you up, provided the location is accessible and reachable by car. Please note that running out of battery is not considered an emergency. In most cases, the pickup is free of charge."
